libchemps2-dev software package provides C++ headers, static library, and symlink for libchemps2-2, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libchemps2-dev
libchemps2-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libchemps2-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libchemps2-dev *
